People Queues
The queues of people a call can be handed to. Each row shows the queue, its strategy and who is available right now; the editor shapes members, hours and the fallback in one place — and saves it all in one go.
At a glance
- Strategy per queue — each in turn, or least busy
- An availability badge, green only when somebody is free
- The queue and its members save in one request
- Weekday hours stored for a future release

The queue list
One panel: rows carry the queue's name, its key and strategy, an availability badge counting available members, and Edit. The badge turns green only when somebody is actually available. New Queue sits in the header, disabled while an editor is open — and there is no delete.
The editor
Name, Key and a Strategy select — each in turn, or whoever is least busy. The People list offers every active member with a membership checkbox and an Available switch, and the fallback message box closes the form. Everything saves in one request.
Hours for later
Seven weekday checkboxes each open two time pickers. Business hours are stored for a future release — the hint says exactly that — so the schedule can be written today and bite later.
- Create the queueNew Queue opens the editor — the header button waits while another editor is open. Name it and give it a key.
- Pick people and strategyTick members from every active person, switch who is Available, and choose the strategy: each in turn, or whoever is least busy.
- Save it wholeThe queue and its members save in one request; the fallback message box rides along.
