Answer Behavior
How the agent answers. Answers come only from the Resource Center — a switch shown on and locked, because the runtime enforces it — and the rest of the card decides how unrelated topics and spoken lists are handled.
At a glance
- Answers only from the Resource Center — on and locked
- Redirect unrelated topics with a switch
- A spoken-list threshold picked from a select
- The confidence floor stated as a plain sentence

Locked to the Resource Center
Answers only from the Resource Center is shown on and locked: the runtime enforces it, and the API refuses to turn it off. The switch is visible anyway, so the guarantee is readable rather than hidden.
The switches and the floor
Redirect-unrelated-topics and ask-product-when-issue are real switches, and the spoken-list threshold is a select. The confidence floor closes the card as a sentence stating its percentage — a sentence, not a disabled slider, because nobody can change it.
