The greeting card

Switches for a strict start, for asking the caller's name and for waiting on the answer. The number of name attempts is picked from a select — how the opening behaves, spelled out.

The continuity card

Never-stop-after-answer keeps the agent from ending its turn just because it answered. Follow-up mode is a preset — five options, each explained where you pick it — so how the agent carries a conversation forward is a choice, not a guess.

Words and counts

Three chip lists steer the small words: forbidden greeting words on the greeting card, backchannel and non-interrupt words on the continuity card. And every count on the pane is a select, not a number box — a deliberate few choices rather than any number.
