Agent Persona
The character callers meet: tone, formality and verbosity picked from radio sets whose explanations stay visible. Greetings, closings, style and limits live here too — down to the phrases the agent may never say.
At a glance
- Tone, formality and verbosity, every explanation visible
- Greeting and closing composers, ban-repeats on a switch
- Style — sentences, empathy, speed, delivery
- Banned phrases and guardrails as hard limits

Character and style
Tone, Formality and Verbosity are radio sets with every explanation visible — no hovering to learn what an option means. A fillers switch decides whether the agent uses the small spoken fillers, and the style card shapes sentences, empathy, speed and delivery.
Words, address and limits
Greeting and closing have their own composers, with closing phrases as chips and a ban-repeats switch. Gender and address decide how the agent addresses people — and turning the automatic switch of gendered wording off raises a warning, because the fields below stop being spoken. Limits hold the banned phrases and the guardrails.
- Set the characterPick tone, formality and verbosity — each option explains itself where you pick it.
- Write the greeting and closingCompose both, add closing phrases as chips, and flip ban-repeats so the agent does not reuse them.
- Draw the limitsList the banned phrases and set the guardrails; the agent works inside them.
