Foundation rules and your own

The platform's seven foundation rules sit first, read-only — every agent holds them. Below come the agent's own rows: a grip, a number, the severity, the rule text, an Enforced or Guidance badge, reorder arrows and Delete. A count line above says how many are enforced and how many are guidance.

Severity and enforcement

Severity is three steps — Should, Must, Never — and wears colour on its badge. Enforcement deliberately does not: Enforced or Guidance stays a word, not a colour, so the two never blur into one reading.
