Caller Detail

Header and identity

The header carries the back link, the name — Unnamed caller until one is set — the Verified record badge, Rename and the tag chips with Add a tag, then the verbs: Call, Create Ticket, Merge Caller and Delete. Nothing here originates a call on its own — Call appears only when the caller has a number and you hold the reply permission.

The side column

Addresses lists every way to reach the person — kind badge, value, its Verified mark and the date it was added — with Verify, Unverify and Remove beside each and a form for adding more; Verify is a toggle, so a wrong confirmation can simply be withdrawn, and removing the last address warns harder but never deletes the caller. Language and address preferences save as they change. Below them sit the caller's groups, a history of first seen, last seen and calls, how this person would be answered, and the notes.

The timeline

The main pane interleaves the person's conversations and tickets, newest first, under month headings. Each row opens a preview, and the preview carries a door to the full conversation or ticket — so the whole relationship reads in one column.
