Knowledge Report

One page reads the collection's health in six figures — what it holds, where confidence runs lowest, how your saved questions score and what has gone untouched. Nothing here is guessed; every number is measured.

At a glance

  • Documents, rows, chunks and embedding counted in four cards
  • Up to eight least-confident regions, each linked and scored
  • Saved questions split into no answer, wrong answer and never run
  • A count of everything untouched for over 90 days

Four stat cards count the collection — Documents, Rows, Chunks and Embedded, the last read as one number of another so unfinished embedding shows itself instead of hiding in a total.

The Look panel

Two cards judge quality. Confidence lists up to eight regions where confidence runs lowest — each one a link, badged Document or Table, with its percentage beside it; the eight are simply the lowest, ordered rather than cut by a threshold. Questions splits your saved questions three ways — no answer, wrong answer, never run — counts them out of everything saved, and holds a door to Test Questions.

Untouched

The third panel counts what has not been updated in over 90 days, one number out of everything stored. It is the reminder that knowledge ages even when nothing breaks.

  1. Read the contentsFour cards count what the collection holds — documents, rows and chunks — and how much of it is embedded, one number against the total.
  2. Check where it looks weakThe Confidence card links the least sure regions with their scores; the Questions card splits your saved questions into no answer, wrong answer and never run.
  3. Sweep the untouchedThe Untouched panel counts what has gone over 90 days without an update, so stale answers surface before a caller meets them.

Good to knowNothing on this page fills with a zero — unmeasured confidence and an empty question list each get their own explanation and a door onward, never an empty list under a healthy heading.
