The Review Queue

The Review Queue gathers every call scored 60 or below that nobody has reviewed yet, worst first. Work it from the top and the weakest calls always get eyes first.

At a glance

  • Every unreviewed call scored 60 or below, worst first
  • Awaiting review and Reviewed, counted over the last 30 days
  • Score, caller, channel and time on every row
  • A Review This Call chip straight to the call's record

The two counters

Awaiting review and Reviewed sit above the table and read over the last 30 days. Both are absolute counts — two plain numbers, never a percentage — so coverage is judged by what is actually left, not by a ratio that hides it.

The queue table

Calls awaiting review lists up to 50 rows with no pager, ordered worst score first. Each row carries the score badge, the caller, the channel icon and when the call happened, and ends in the Review This Call chip — a door to the call's record page, not to the conversation detail. Without the permission to view callers, the Caller column disappears entirely.

  1. Read the countersAwaiting review and Reviewed count the last 30 days as two absolute numbers — deliberately never a percentage.
  2. Start at the topThe table holds up to 50 calls, worst score first, so the top row is always the call that needs eyes most.

TipThe panel header carries an All Conversations link — one click from the queue to the full conversations list.
