How it works

From signing up
to answering calls.

Most businesses are live inside a week, and the week is mostly spent deciding what the agent should say rather than making anything work.

The journey

Five steps, and none of them is a project.

This is the setup a new workspace actually walks through. Every step can be skipped and come back to, and the workspace works at every point in between.

  1. Connect a Channel

Give people a way to reach you — a number, WhatsApp, the web, or email.

Point an existing number at Kasper, connect WhatsApp, or drop the web widget on your site. None of them is required to carry on — you can add the channel last and still hear the agent work.

  2. Add Knowledge

Upload what you know, or import it from your website.

Upload documents and spreadsheets, or give it your website and let it read that. Everything it extracts is shown to you as a preview, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

  3. Create Your Agent

Start from a template, or from nothing at all.

Pick one of the four templates or start blank. Name it, choose the voice and the language it opens in, and read the rules it will follow — all of which you can change later without starting again.

  4. Test It

Talk to your agent before anybody else does.

Talk to it yourself, in the browser, before a customer ever does. Ask the hard question. Watch the transcript, see which knowledge it used, and change the rule that made it answer the way it did.

  5. Invite Your Team

Bring in the people who will work alongside it.

Bring in whoever will pick up what the agent hands over. Each person gets a role, and a role decides what they can see — not a checkbox somebody remembers to tick.

What a call looks like

Ninety seconds, and two things were done.

The conversation on the left; what the system did on the right. An appointment was booked, a question it could not answer became somebody’s work, and nobody typed anything.

  1. Kasper

Northgate Clinic, good morning. How can I help?

Answered on the first ring, in Iraqi Arabic — resolved from the number that was called before the caller said anything.

  2. Caller

Is there a free appointment in the next couple of days?

No menu, no keypress, no "please say one of the following".

  3. Kasper

We have Thursday at ten, and another on Friday at one.

Read out of the clinic’s own appointment table — an exact row lookup, not a search that might have been close.

  4. Caller

And how much does a scale and polish cost?

A different subject mid-call. The agent keeps the appointment it was about to book.

  5. Kasper

That price is not in what I have, but I can have somebody call you back with it.

It does not know, so it says so. The agent answers only from the knowledge it was given — a guess here is the failure this product was rebuilt to remove.

  6. Caller

Fine, book me the Thursday one.

The booking goes through while the call is still open.

  7. Kasper

Done — Thursday at ten. You will get a confirmation message.

Appointment written, confirmation queued, and a ticket drafted for the price question with the transcript attached.

Where it sits

Between the people calling you and the systems you already run.

Kasper is not another place to check. It takes the conversation, and then it goes and does the thing in whatever you already use.

Ways in

  • A phone callThe number you already publish
  • A WhatsApp callNot yetThe same agent, on the app they already use
  • A WhatsApp messageWritten, on the same thread as the call
  • Chat on your websiteNothing to install

  • An emailThreaded onto the same ticket

Kasper

One agent, one conversation

  • Works out who is calling and what language they want
  • Reads your knowledge before it answers, never during
  • Follows the rules you wrote, in the order you wrote them
  • Writes the transcript and the ticket while the caller is still on the line
  • Files the summary the moment the call ends

Bring the question you think will break it.

The fastest way to find out whether this works for your business is to hear it fail — or not — on your hardest call.
